I honestly don't know how you're gonna take this, but Snowbird Formal reminds me of Elsa.

I don't recognise the half-faced woman in front. DreamQueen?

No the "woman" is actually Walter during his time as Wanda. The half face thing is more of a inner beast of the Sasquatch form but heavily shaded.
